“We wanted to add on extra space to the house that we had previously renovated. We met Carlos from Ulloa designs, and as he is an Architect and builder , we were soon into the addition of about 1000 sq ft.
The permitting was handled efficiently, as was the execution of all the design requests. There were a few issues with the HOA in our sub-division but that was also managed well by the builder.
The final result is an interesting living room space,and a bedroom and bathroom.
