Project Process Overview

Our design and construction projects follow a linear process, beginning with our first meeting and culminating with a completed build. Our number one goal is to deliver complete satisfaction, on time and on budget, by way of total transparency and open communication. 

Consultation

You'll meet with face to face with the company owner and lead design architect, Carlos Ulloa. Together, you'll have a comprehensive discussion where you'll describe your overall vision for your design/build project, and you'll also discuss high level cost and timeline ballparks. 

Planning & Design

During this phase, your design criteria will be balanced to your approved budget, and the design staff at Ulloa Design Group will begin to draft sketches and 3D Models to bring your concept to life. This phase ends when you commit to a design, your funding is solidified, and your project's schedule with payment and delivery milestones is approved. 

Build-out and delivery

City permitting, site preparation, soil sampling, materials procurement scheduling, change management, project management, construction labor... this is the most exciting and active part of the project process! It begins with the first city permit, and ends when you begin to enjoy the fruits of the finished product.
